Hamlet and Ophelia do the Youkali Tango. Falstaff sings September Song. Romeo and Juliet get Lost in the Stars. Step into the provocative worlds of two great geniuses as they collide, and watch the sparks fly! Theatre Counterpoise presents edgy music, divine text and a little sword play.
This newly conceived show by Toronto director and educator Luisa Appolloni, explores the base [and vile] themes of war, lust, greed, revenge, and love. The show features a talented cast of versatile actors-singers-dancers-musicians and sword fighters:
